I was tagged by my friend Kelly so here goes...
So as you can see from this picture I have totally not figured out how to be both a woman and a mom. Meaning that I can't quite find a way to keep the things I need on hand and have the things Charlie needs on hand. So rather than having only one bag like my more experienced mother-friends I struggle. Big time. It sure doesn't help that I'm a pack-rat in the first place or that I always like to "be prepared" (which annoys Adam to death). But what can I say? So at this point I rotate between three bags. There's my purse (in front) which lingers from my pre-Charlie days. There's the black diaper bag that oh so conveniently hooks onto the stroller handles. And there's my backpack which I'm using more and more because a) it fits more stuff and b) I can use it even when I'm "wearing" Charlie in a front carrier.
So what do I carry around in these bags? Let me tell you...
-wallet
-cell phone
-day planner
-notebook
-iPod
-small camera (just in case you know:)
-hand lotion
-chapstick
-hand sanitizer
-plastic bag roll (for dirty diapers)
-diapers
-wipes
-diaper rash cream
-nursing coverup
-moby wrap
-a couple granola bars
-a bottle of water
-a pacifier pod with an extra pacifier (trust me on this one)
-a change of clothes for Charlie
-at least 2 burp clothes (he spits up a ton!)
-a couple pens
-a couple baby toys
-gum
-a comb
-tide stick
-a couple bandaids
-a blanket
-eyeglasses cleaner (I HATE smudges on my glasses)
I think that's it. Yeah, I know it's a lot of stuff. I just can't help it! I try to travel light but it's just not my style. What I cannot figure out is what to do when I'm not with Charlie. It's such a pain to move everything all around. So if you have any tips you just let me know...
And, no I didn't forget - I tag Kim, Holli, and Becky!!

Have you heard of Guitar Hero? Well, Rockband is like that. You have a guitar, bass guitar, drums, and a singer and you have to play your parts. You get rated and even bood off stage if you don't perform. I was pretty fun. It's a Playstation game so I can't imagine it's a Utah thing.
I am such a pack rat as well! I love it! I'm glad that you are too! When are you coming to Utah?
