Help - I'm an idiot!

So, my blog is all messed up again and I'm an idiot. I should maybe just be banned from the computer because I clearly don't know what I'm doing. At all. I thought to myself, "Hmm...I should backup my block so I don't lose it like I did last time." And by attempting to do this I messed it all up again! And I didn't even get it backed up. Grr! So if any of you know how to do this, please let me know before I really destroy my blog. Or just go crazy. Either of these options is highly probable at this point. Sigh...
