Tasting Things

Charlie loves to "taste" things and he just looks so cute when he does it. His favorite things to taste are fluffy or furry. Here are some examples: my hair, Mimi, Adam's leg hair, the carpet, his furry blanket, any furry animals in those touch-and-learn books, etc. I have a hard time getting pictures because I never know when he's going to do it, but here are a couple...

I know that all kids taste sand at some point or another - here's Charlie's first experience. We just hope he doesn't get sick since this is from the nasty Chesapeake Bay!

Here he is tasting the carpet

And here, the pom-pom on his hat.

That's so adorable! And I love that sweater. What is he doing in winter gear though in early September?

ohhhh...the germs!!! :) i swear, that's the toughest part to having these "curious" boys, having to accept the fact that they have no discretion to that they will put in their mouth. Joe loves carpet, hair, leaves, any string found on the floor...yes, i'm talking about my son, not a vacuum. ha! charlie barlie is so darling. has he been practicing his steps?
