Soft Black

So I decided to color my hair. It was a bit of an impulse decision. Adam reminded me of the time that I had darkened my hair a few years ago and said how much he liked it. I thought, hey why not do it again? The difference (and an important difference at that) was that last time my great friend (and professional hair stylist I might add) was the one who colored it for me. Who knew what a difference a little training could make? The biggest issue I had was in selecting the appropriate color for the look I was going for. Despite the guide on the back of the box showing me otherwise, soft black really is black. So here I am with my black hair...

Here's a picture of both my talented friend and the results of a professional coloring job back in 2004.

On another note, I've never felt more like a man than when I looked at this picture. Ugh!

I love your new color. Brave! And, I love the short haircut on you. I meant to tell you that weeks ago when you changed your picture on the sidebar.

I love the new color! It must have been too dark in the restaurant and outside for me to tell on Saturday, but it looks great.

Cute blog! I found you on Trisha's blog.
I love the hair! You look like what I would imagine Alice from Twilight would look like!

Natalie, your hair looks great! I've thought about coloring my hair but I'm too scared to attempt to do it on my own and don't want to pay to get it done! :)

Oh and I changed my URL for my blog to http://www.jayandjaneal.blogspot.com if you want to change your link. You should be able to see when I update that way.
