A moment to make a mother proud

Charlie was skyping with Grandma Nona tonight while Millie and I finished baking some cookies. Millie ate her cookie in the kitchen and then we took one to Charlie. Millie promptly tried to swipe Charlie's cookie. He gave her a bite but she wasn't satisfied and tried to get more. Charlie considered this for a moment and then said, "We'll split it." Then he broke the cookie in two and gave half to his sister. These are the moments that make being a mother a true joy.
