Adam was sworn in as a diplomat. Secretary Hillary Clinton actually performed the ceremony (for only the 2nd time ever I'm told). Very cool. Too bad Charlie and Millie kept me pretty occupied so I didn't get to hear much of her speech.

Adam and Jess took 2nd place in a foosball tournament while Ashley and I entertained the kidlets. Well, Ashley and I played too but we don't need to say much about our performance...

We drove up to Silver Spring's Truck Touch. Charlie LOVED it! He got to sit on a motorcycle, push buttons on a fire engine, and sit in the driver's seat of many different vehicles. We even saw a bookmobile (who knew they actually existed?). Later that day we went to a DSW so I could look for new shoes. Turns out my feet grew a half a size while I was pregnant with Millie. It also turns out that size 10.5 doesn't really exist. Charlie tried on a pair of high heel boots and I'm sad to say that he did a much better job of walking in them than I ever could.

Apparently my kids like to hang off the bed while they sleep. Charlie has started doing this new smile. Here's Charlie with his camera and laptop just like mommy, me with my two kids on Mother's Day, and Charlie sleeping at 11:30am because he's sick. Ugh.

Millie is 4 months old! And what a little sweetie she is. She's so happy and mellow unless she's hungry or tired. She sleeps through the night and has the best smile ever. This past week she discovered her hands and how to get toys into her mouth. She also loves the exersaucer, but not nearly as much as she loves her brother. :)

Wow you guys have been busy!!! Good luck in Suriname. That is really cool!
The collages look great! I love how you mention that there isn't much to say about our foosball playing...so true. You got some great photos of the Truck Touch.
So I keep forgetting you have a blog, but now I've got in on my dashboard thing so I won't. It's been fun getting caught up with your posts. I SO wish we had that truck place here!! Justin would love it! Your kids are so cute and getting big. Glad to see things are going well for all of you.
